Return Policy
All products sold through gogocti.com have a 7-day return policy from the date of invoice.

Returned products must be in original condition and unused.
The buyer must inform us at gogocti.com within 7 days from the INVOICE DATE of the product being returned.

gogocti.com will confirm with the buyer on return arrangements, and the buyer must ship the product back to gogocti.com at their own cost.

The buyer will take full responsibility for the products during the return shipment back to us.

The items must be shipped back within 10 business days from the date of our written confirmation.

Restocking Fees
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an error on our side, a restocking fee of 10% may be charged.
